I started my profession as teacher in year 2000. After nine years in school, I transfer to Institute Aminuddin Baki (IAB) as Senior Lecturer. With my Master degree in Educational Management, I manage to get this job here. Although I'm traveling 100km per day from home to work, I really enjoy working in IAB.
U know why I'm feel happy working here? Main reason:
1. I can upgrade my skill by expose to higher level management.
2. Motivated to read more educational management books
3. Best part, encouraged to pursue my PhD now.
All these changes started since 24 August 2009.............still gaining knowledge..........
